Danta Technologies is hiring a highly skilled Network Voice Consultant with deep expertise in Cisco UCCE, ICM, and Cisco IPT technologies. This is an on-site role based in either San Antonio or Plano, TX, supporting one of our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in voice infrastructure, SIP protocols, and contact center platforms, and be capable of leading upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and working across cross-functional teams.
