We are seeking a motivated New Graduate RN for our Residency program. This program is designed to provide comprehensive training and support to newly licensed Registered Nurses as they transition into professional practice. The Resident RN will participate in a structured curriculum, clinical rotations, and mentorship opportunities to develop essential skills and competencies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in a structured residency program with clinical rotations.
* Provide direct patient care under the supervision of experienced nurses.
* Attend educational sessions and complete required training modules.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
* Document patient information accurately and timely.

Required Skills:
* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility.
* Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
