We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated New Graduate RNs to join our Residency program. This program is designed to provide comprehensive training and support to new nurses as they transition into their professional roles. Residents will gain hands-on experience in various clinical settings, working alongside experienced nurses and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in structured orientation and training programs.
* Provide direct patient care under the supervision of experienced nurses.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Document patient care accurately and timely.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Required Skills:
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
* Current RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
