Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Conduct bulk hiring events and walk-in interviews.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
