Carry out assessments and evaluations for new clients (ages 0-7 years) and fill out relevant documents. Execute regular occupational therapy plans for all enrolled clients. Communicate on a daily basis with parents/caregivers of all clients. Re-assess clients on a bi-annual basis and formulate re-assessment reports for all clients. Organize and/or carry out workshops and training on a regular basis for parents/caregivers. Ensure to give home plans to be followed in case of discharge of any clients. Maintain a record of all inventory and make a new purchase if any. Any other task as assigned by the management.
