<h3>Overview</h3><p>We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to help patients improve their ability to perform tasks in their daily living and working environments. The Occupational Therapist will work with individuals who have physical, mental, or developmental disabilities, providing customized intervention programs to help them achieve their goals.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities through observation, interviews, and standardized tests.</li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.</li><li>Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve motor skills, coordination, and cognitive function.</li><li>Provide education and training to patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment.</li><li>Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Valid Occupational Therapist license.</li><li>Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.</li></ul>
