As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating children with physical, sensory, or cognitive challenges that affect their ability to perform daily activities. Your expertise will help children develop the skills they need to thrive in their environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify areas of need.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve motor skills, sensory processing, and cognitive function.</li><li>Provide therapy to children with a variety of conditions, such as autism, cerebral palsy, and sensory processing disorder.</li><li>Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support the child's progress.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.</li><li>Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.</li><li>Experience working with children with developmental disabilities.</li><li>Strong understanding of sensory integration and motor development.</li></ul>
