We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to work under the direction of an Occupational Therapist. The OTA will assist patients in developing, recovering, and improving the skills needed for daily living and working. This role involves implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with the therapy team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve motor skills and coordination.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Document patient progress and report to the Occupational Therapist.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises.
