We're looking for a proactive and professional individual to support the Office Manager of the General Directorate and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Welcome guests and ensure a professional front-desk experience
- Manage calendars and meeting schedules
- Organize conference rooms and meeting logistics
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, fax, mail, etc.)
- Monitor and order office and breakroom supplies
- File and maintain important documents
