Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Handle basic accounting tasks, including capturing invoices onto Pastel.
- Manage reservations with previous experience.
- Proficiently use computer systems, including Apple systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Manage internet banking transactions.
- Provide exceptional client customer service.
