Job Description

<ul><li>Welcome visitors at the front desk, answer incoming calls </li><li>Manage the conference room calendars and scheduled meetings including setting up and resetting the space for future use. This includes preparing materials, setting up technology, coordinating and placing food orders, ensuring timely delivery and setup</li><li>Manage inflow and outflow of mail and packages </li><li>Support legal assistants and paralegals with general administrative needs of the attorneys</li><li>Coordinate and organize monthly office lunches, ensuring timely delivery and appropriate setup</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including kitchen, supply closets, and copy rooms</li><li>Provide support to System Administrator in setting up workstations for new employees and helping to troubleshoot technical issues</li></ul>
