We are looking for an Office Manager with an accounting background to ensure smooth daily operations, financial accuracy, and efficient resource management across our office and facilities.</p><ul><li>Financial Management - Handle cash-flow, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, tax records, financial reporting, and inventory accounting.</li><li>Administration - Oversee utilities, facility maintenance, vendor services, fleet management, and ensure compliance with regulations.</li><li>Procurement - Source and negotiate with vendors, manage supplier relations, and implement cost-saving strategies.</li><li>People Management - Supervise support staff, coordinate meetings, and ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment.</li></ul>
