We are looking for an Officer Area to support our Plant Manager and department teams in ensuring smooth administrative and organizational operations on-site.
Your Role:
As an Officer Area , you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will:
- Support the Plant Manager and Department Managers with administrative and organizational tasks.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and provide responsive assistance.
- Organize travel arrangements and coordinate logistics.
- Manage emails, written correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Maintain calendars and organize appointments.
- Track and store internal documentation.
- Prepare and maintain professional presentations, reports, and documents.
- Take charge of meeting logistics, including minutes and follow-up actions.
- Ensure compliance with 5S standards, including regular audits in collaboration with managers.
