We are seeking a dedicated and skilled On-Site VDI Device/Configuration Support Resource to join our team for a 6-month engagement. The selected individual will provide support within the BayCare environment, ensuring seamless operation of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and associated devices. This role involves resolving ServiceNow tickets, performing device configuration, and offering support across various sites, including BSO, BISC, and Physician Offices. The candidate must be able to work on-site and possess knowledge of VDI technologies.
