Job Description

Provide timely technical support to end users. Collaborate with System Administrators, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and IT Bureau teams. Prioritize daily tasks, live production issues, projects, and customer support needs. Review and validate current processes, hardware, and software for optimal functionality. Assist with the planning, setup, and configuration of infrastructure architecture and server hardware. Design, develop, test, and migrate new project solutions or enhancements across various environments. Document, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve defects efficiently. Respond to and resolve issues reported during business hours and off-hours. Monitor operations and capacity for optimum performance. Create and distribute documentation on system changes and processes to relevant parties. Work with DOC/PBPP OnBase Support Vendor (currently Keymark) for technical assistance. Assist with discovery and documentation of business requirements for new OnBase solutions. Support training for identified subject matter experts. Communicate system downtime and project deployments with business owners and end users. Understand, maintain, and enhance external integrations within OnBase.
