Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes HR and administrative processes. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while contributing to the vital work of supporting our care home operations. Work Hours: Flexible 10-12 hours 6 days a week May be needed to adress urgent issue off-work hours Key Responsibilities - Conducting hiring pre-screens and recruitment processes. - Managing onboarding paperwork for employees and residents (e.g., ECP documentation). - Creating, updating, and managing shift schedules, including finding coverage for no-show shifts. - Reviewing and updating the Administrator tracker. - Drafting formal write-ups and professional correspondence. - Overseeing payroll and compensation processes. - Performing other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements - Canddiates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field. - A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Human Resources. - Stable internet connection and a power supply of at least 12 hours daily. - Excellent command of English, both verbal and written. - Strong skills in drafting professional documents with excellent written English.
