Job Description
Everest Fleet is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager - Fleet Operations to lead and manage regional fleet operations at our Vasai location. The role includes overseeing recruitment, driver lifecycle management, fleet deployment, retention, pay-outs, and end-to-end coordination with our key aggregator partner - Uber.
*Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage region-wise fleet operations and driver lifecycle
* Ensure timely onboarding, retention, and engagement of drivers
* Handle payout structures, incentives, and driver performance metrics
* Develop operational plans aligned with business goals
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
* Provide field and backend operational support to the team
* Prepare region-wise reports, performance dashboards, and forecasts
* Maintain adherence to safety, compliance, and statutory guidelines
* Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Uber coordination
* Build and mentor a strong operational team to meet growth targets
* Liaise with vendors and manage support functions like vehicle placement, documentation, and maintenance
Key Requirements: -
* Proven experience in Fleet Operations, Logistics, or as an operations Manager, specifically with Zomato, Uber, Zepto, or Swiggy*.
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication, planning, and execution capabilities
* Proficient in handling large fleet sizes and diverse driver networks
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Willing to travel as per business needs
