We’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead and streamline our order fulfillment operations for both B2B and B2C customers, ensuring accuracy, speed, and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely dispatch
• Communicate order status updates to customers
• Support inventory tracking and reconciliation
• Generate performance and fulfillment reports

Requirements:
• High school diploma minimum; degree in logistics or supply chain preferred
• Experience in order processing and fulfillment (B2B and B2C)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
