- Lead the service and field #operations teams by providing exceptional #quality customer service - Maintain an integrated operations management overview of the service business and work with management to develop operations strategies. - Support the Service #Delivery team to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, approved strategies and plan. - Responsible for Sales Development Initiatives for the Mass Market with major focus on the companys target #market. - Plan, coordinate and lead Customer-driven Supply #Chain improvement efforts with the aim of achieving cost saving and operational efficiencies throughout their supply chain. - Analyze impact of industry changes (such as fees, dues and charges) and participate in Customer negotiations for fee adjustments. - Act as liaison and manage the demand forecasting process between the customer and the Business Strategy unit. - Manage on time acquisition and renewal of all #permits and operations approvals required by industry regulators or government. - Liaison with relevant government agencies (#Customs, #NAFDAC, #NPA etc) - Keep abreast of government regulation on #import and #contraband goods/services - Monitoring and effective delivery of #consignments from the #Port of arrival to clients designated #destinations. - Ensure a smooth and cordial relationship with the various inspection agencies for speedy #processing of all #documentations necessary for the #inspection of #goods for imports and #exports. - Follow up on the documentation flow and ensure that all relevant shipping documents are received before the arrival of vessel. - Follow up with the inspection agency to ensure that #RAR is ready and duty effected before the Arrival of #vessel. - Liaising with the #Clearing Agent to ensure that goods are expressly cleared and delivered as Scheduled.
