The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing janitorial, housekeeping, and both hard and soft services, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of janitorial, housekeeping, hard, and soft services operations.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service quality.
Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management for multi-disciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain service standards and identify areas for improvement.
Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare operational and financial reports.
Liaise with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in facilities management.
Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
15-20 years of progressive experience in facilities management within Saudi Arabia.
Demonstrated expertise in managing janitorial, housekeeping, hard, and soft services.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of local regulations, HSEQ standards, and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and drive cost efficiencies.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Certification:
Certified Facility Manager (CFM).
Facility Management Professional (FMP).
