We are currently looking for an experienced Operations and Production Manager to join our Dubai production unit. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing and coordinating the operations of multiple departments (approx. 15 employees across accounting, HR, production, and sales mostly Indian nationals). Organizing and maintaining documentation workflows (policies, standards, procedures). Leading negotiations and managing projects with clients and vendors. Acting as the companys authorized signatory for government and official documentation. Handling sales performance reports, budgeting, and cash flow management. Managing office and industrial facility operations.
