In this role, you’ll be the bridge between Dyne and our partners — building relationships, solving challenges, and ensuring smooth operations that set everyone up for success.
💡 What you’ll do:
• Manage and update partner data (menus, pricing, promotions) with accuracy
• Act as a problem-solver, resolving operational issues with partners quickly and
effectively
• Communicate updates, promotions, and process changes to restaurant partners
• Train partners to make the most of Dyne’s features
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams, sharing partner feedback to improve the app
💻 What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1-3 years’ experience in operations (tech or food industry a plus)
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
