Job Description

Were looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of multiple branches across Jordan in the food & beverage sector. Key Responsibilities: 1.Manage daily operations across all branches, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. 2.Lead, supervise, and support branch managers and their teams to achieve performance targets. 3.Develop and implement branch-level operational and sales plans. 4.Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and propose improvements. 5.Ensure consistent service quality and food standards in all locations. 6.Handle operational challenges and customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 7.Foster a performance-driven culture and support a positive work environment. 8.Ensure full compliance with hygiene, food safety, and public health standards. 9.Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Procurement, and other departments to support branch needs. 10.Conduct regular field visits to branches to evaluate performance and provide feedback. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing multiple branches, preferably in the food & beverage, restaurant, or food retail sector. Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills. Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize operations. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Willingness to travel frequently between branches. Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Branch sales targets achievement rate. Customer satisfaction and review scores. Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Employee turnover rates. Inventory management efficiency and waste reduction. Successful execution of promotions and operational plans. Additional Notes: The position requires high flexibility and the ability to manage multiple teams in different locations. Priority will be given to candidates with proven success in operating multiple food & beverage outlets.
