Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of HR business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet client needs.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle HCM applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Develop and deliver training to end-users.
