Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Inventory Executive to manage the daily order packing, dispatch, and inventory operations. This role requires strong coordination with courier partners and regular communication with customers to ensure a smooth fulfillment process and a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing & Packing: Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately and efficiently on a daily basis. Ensure all orders are packed according to company standards and ready for dispatch. Dispatch & Courier Coordination: Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries with courier partners. Generate and manage shipping labels, AWBs, and tracking information. Resolve issues related to delayed or failed deliveries in coordination with courier services. Customer Communication: Provide order updates and respond to customer queries regarding shipments and delivery status. Handle return and exchange logistics as required. Inventory Management: Maintain up-to-date inventory records and ensure stock levels are accurate at all times. Conduct regular stock counts and audits to prevent shortages or overstock. Reorder supplies as needed and update stock entries in inventory management software/tools. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily dispatch records and inventory movement logs. Share reports on order fulfillment status, pending shipments, and inventory levels.
