The OD Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing OD initiatives, facilitating change management processes, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:<br/>* Design and implement OD initiatives aligned with business goals.<br/>* Facilitate change management processes and communication.<br/>* Conduct needs assessments and develop training programs.<br/>* Provide coaching and support to managers and employees.<br/>* Evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions.</p><p>Required Skills:<br/>* Strong knowledge of OD principles and practices.<br/>* Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.<br/>* Ability to analyze data and identify trends.<br/>* Project management skills.</p>
