Our client, a leading Am Law 50 firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their nationally recognized Real Estate Practice Group. This team handles complex, high-profile transactions across all asset classes, and you’ll play a key role supporting attorneys and clients through every phase.

• Conduct & coordinate due diligence (title, surveys, zoning, reports)
• Draft, revise & assemble conveyance & financing documents
• Manage closings for acquisitions, dispositions & financings
• Prepare/file UCC statements; analyze lien & litigation searches
• Liaise with attorneys, clients, title companies & agencies
