Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate Pastoral and Behaviour Support Officers to provide guidance and support to students facing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. The Support Officer will work closely with students, families, and school staff to promote positive behavior, improve student wellbeing, and create a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group support to students with behavioral and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement behavior management plans.
• Liaise with parents, teachers, and external agencies to support student wellbeing.
• Promote positive behavior and conflict resolution strategies.
• Monitor student attendance and address any concerns.
