Job Description

<p>- Must have a strong foundation in medical knowledge to understand patient conditions, ensuring smooth communication with doctors and patients.<br/>- Must have prior work experience in US healthcare.<br/>- Prior experience leading a team or managing processes in a healthcare setting, with the ability to handle operations, direct staff, and manage patient flow.<br/>- Direct experience with sleep studies, understanding sleep-related conditions, and familiarity with the related documentation processes.<br/>- Skilled in organizing and preparing patient charts with precision, ensuring that all medical records and documentation are ready for patient visits.<br/>- Familiarity with CPAP machine data downloads, analyzing patient usage, and reporting results to the doctor.<br/>- Experience in obtaining insurance prior authorizations for treatments, tests, and equipment, ensuring compliance with payer requirements.<br/>- Capable of managing chronic care programs, including monthly check-ins with patients, reviewing their data, and monitoring their progress on a daily basis.<br/>- Experience in obtaining insurance prior authorizations for treatments, tests, and equipment, ensuring compliance with payer requirements.<br/>- Responsible for verifying patients' insurance deductibles.</p>
