<p>We are looking for a creative and data-driven PPC Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. Your mission: create engaging, compliant, and impactful campaigns that elevate our brand and educate our audience about pharma innovations.</p><h3>Job Description:</h3><p><b>Objective:</b></p><p>To plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive targeted traffic, generate quality leads, and maximize ROI for Eskag Group’s portfolio websites including Eskag.in, WBCIL.com, Suvida.in, Vetnova.co.in, EskagSanjeevani.com, and the new Liposomal Cosmetics site.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize ad spend and campaign performance.</li><li>Create compelling ad copies, landing pages, and call-to-action elements to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics such as CTR, Quality Score, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.</li><li>Optimize campaigns continuously by adjusting bids, refining targeting, testing ad creatives, and improving landing page experience.</li><li>Manage budgets efficiently to maximize results while minimizing costs.</li><li>Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and consistent messaging.</li><li>Stay updated on PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices.</li><li>Implement remarketing and audience segmentation strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.</li></ul><h3>Skills & Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Proven experience managing PPC campaigns for B2B and B2C, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cosmetics sectors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and associated analytics tools.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.</li><li>Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.</li><li>Excellent copywriting and communication skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li></ul>
