Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track outstanding payments from clients.
- Contact clients via phone and email to request payment and resolve billing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and payment statuses.
- Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to address payment-related concerns.
- Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities and outstanding balances.
