Job Description

<h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels</li><li>Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and adjust strategies to improve results</li><li>Manage budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI</li><li>Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creatives</li><li>Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, audiences, and landing pages</li><li>Analyze traffic and conversion data using GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio</li><li>Report weekly on campaign performance with actionable insights</li><li>Stay ahead of digital trends and platform updates</li></ul><h3> What You Bring</h3><ul><li>1-2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing</li><li>Strong grasp of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4</li><li>Comfortable with GTM, Excel/Sheets, and basic no-code tools</li><li>Analytical mindset with a love for data-driven decisions</li><li>Clear communication and copywriting skills</li><li>Bonus: Experience with TikTok/LinkedIn Ads, Canva/Figma, or basic SQL</li></ul>
