You will own the paid user acquisition and performance marketing strategy across Meta and Google platforms. The role requires hands-on campaign execution, creative testing, budget optimization, and performance reporting to drive measurable growth in traffic, signups, and engagement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, track KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR), and ensure campaigns are aligned with growth targets.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently, scaling winning campaigns while minimizing wasted spend.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad formats to maximize performance.
- Work closely with the content & design teams to create high-performing ad creatives and copy aligned with GlamGuider’s brand voice.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign results regularly with actionable insights.
- Implement audience segmentation, remarketing strategies, and funnel optimization to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
