Job Description
<ul><li>Experience in real estate or construction sector preferred</li><li>Manage and coordinate the Director’s schedule, appointments, and meetings</li><li>Act as a communication bridge between the Director and internal/external stakeholders</li><li>Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and follow-ups</li><li>Organize and prepare for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and clients to track project updates</li><li>Maintain confidential files and documents</li><li>Assist with reporting, data entry, and general administrative tasks</li><li>Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics</li><li>Support in project follow-ups, deadlines, and reporting.</li></ul>
