Position Title: Personal & Household Manager
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Work Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal & Household Manager to support Maam in managing both her professional and personal responsibilities. The role requires a balance of executive assistance, household supervision, and children’s oversight.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage tasks with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
1. Household Management
• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of house helps and household staff.
• Manage household purchases (groceries, supplies, utilities, vendors).
• Maintain household expense records and reconcile monthly accounts.
• Ensure smooth functioning of household operations.
2. Executive Assistance
• Manage Shiny’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups (CNIYEF, CNI, Mushroom Business, etc.).
• Handle correspondence, calls, emails, and reminders.
• Prepare notes, presentations, and reports as required.
3. Children’s Supervision
• Supervise children’s daily routines and activities at home.
• Assist with homework, projects, and study schedules when needed.
• Coordinate with schools, tutors, and extracurricular activities.
4. General Support
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
• Act as a trusted point of coordination between household, personal, and professional life.
• Be proactive in identifying needs and resolving challenges.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (management, administration, or related field).
• Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or household manager preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (English, Nepali).
• Tech-savvy: proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable.
• Flexible and solution-oriented mindset.
