<h3>What You’ll Do</h3><ul><li>Manage personal injury defense cases from start to finish, including premises liability, auto negligence, wrongful death, and foodborne illness matters</li><li>Work with paralegals/staff on pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and related documents</li><li>Take and defend depositions</li><li>Conduct legal research and shape case strategy</li><li>Represent clients in mediations and court proceedings</li><li>Communicate directly with insurance and corporate clients</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>5+ years of personal injury experience (defense preferred)</li><li>Established litigation background; trial experience preferred</li><li>Excellent written & oral communication skills</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong research skills</li><li>Licensed to practice law (multiple states a plus)</li><li>Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
