Job Description

The Personal Manager will provide comprehensive support to the Director, managing his professional, administrative, and personal responsibilities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Maintain a detailed calendar of commitments and ensure timely reminders. Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, emails, and reports. 2. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing conferences, workshops, and presentations. Coordinate with stakeholders for events, including travel and accommodation arrangements. Prepare presentation materials and manage follow-ups. 3. Hospital and Business Management Support: Liaise with hospital staff and partners to ensure smooth operations. Assist in managing partnerships, agreements, and collaborations. Handle communications with the Indian Society of Vascular and Interventional Radiology (ISVIR) and other professional organizations. 4. Personal Support: Manage personal schedules, commitments, and social engagements. Handle personal tasks such as travel arrangements, appointments, and errands. 5. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain organized records of professional documents, licenses, and certifications. Ensure timely renewals and compliance with legal and professional requirements. 6. Communication and Coordination: Act as the point of contact for professional and personal matters. Ensure seamless coordination between Dr. Kola and various stakeholders. 7. Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
