Job Description
-This Pharmacy Technician Role is within a remote contact center. We service client's Part D Members and Providers. Our goal is to handle Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations. Our timeframes are extremely tight (urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours).
Work on the pharmacy help desk handling prior authorization requests from doctors offices.
Requests are received via fax, mail, email, phone and electronic PA system
Receive and respond to member questions about their pharmacy benefit
