We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate patients' physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
* Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Educate patients and families on injury prevention and rehabilitation
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
