<h3>Job Overview</h3><p>We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examination, and functional assessments.</li><li>Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.</li><li>Provide therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities.</li><li>Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.</li><li>Educate patients and families on injury prevention and self-management techniques.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.</li><li>Proficiency in manual therapy techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>
