We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive care to patients in our Chicago clinic. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients' physical conditions, develop and implement rehabilitation plans, and help patients improve their mobility and reduce pain.
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
- Educate patients and families on exercises and injury prevention.
- Monitor and document patients' progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
Required Skills:
- Valid IL PT License
- BLS Certification
- Experience with diverse patient populations
