The Physician Assistant will work under the supervision of a physician to provide comprehensive medical care to patients. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, and assisting in surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct patient evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations.</li><li>Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging.</li><li>Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician.</li><li>Assist in surgical procedures and perform minor procedures as needed.</li><li>Educate patients on disease prevention and health management.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Valid Physician Assistant (PA) license.</li><li>Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.</li><li>Strong diagnostic and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li></ul>
