Your role is to ensure the execution of critical work packages in Turnaround projects by managing subcontractor performance, integrating all stakeholders, controlling change-related risks, and upholding a strong HSE culture. This includes handling on-site deviations, leading supervision teams, controlling documentation, overseeing pipeline mechanical construction, and ensuring compliance with schedule, quality, and safety standards.
