We are looking for a Planning & Cost Control Engineer to manage and oversee all aspects of project planning and cost control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with proven experience in project scheduling, cost estimation, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and variance analysis reports.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare progress reports and support project management decisions.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.
