Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Planning & Cost Control Manager with experience in the construction and engineering sectors, particularly in tanks, steel structures, vessels, heat exchangers, and piping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, cost management, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and update project schedules, ensuring timelines are adhered to.
Monitor and control project costs, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Provide regular reports on project progress, financial performance, and risk management to senior management.
Implement cost control procedures to ensure projects stay within budget and financial targets are met.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to align schedules and budgets.
Prepare cost estimates and financial reports for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Analyze cost and scheduling trends and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols related to the construction of tanks, steel structures, vessels, heat exchangers, and piping.

Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
