Al Sahraa Recruitment Services, a leading manpower provider based in Abu Dhabi, is currently hiring a Planning Engineer for a construction sector client. The selected candidate will support planning and scheduling functions under the supervision of the Project or Planning Manager. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors Prepare baseline and updated schedules with resource and cost loading Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation measures Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports Conduct schedule risk analysis Liaise with site teams and stakeholders Support claims and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering 35+ years of experience in planning/scheduling within the construction industry Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel Strong knowledge of EVM, CPM, and project controls Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Preferred: PMP or PMI-SP certification Experience with BIM, AutoCAD, and ERP systems Familiarity with delay analysis and contractual claims
