<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.</li><li>Prepare and update work program, cash flow, manpower, and resource planning.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and consultants for effective project execution.</li><li>Track project progress and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports (DPR/MPR).</li><li>Assist in preparation of contract program, baseline, and recovery schedules.</li><li>Monitor critical paths, delays to ensure timely project completion.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, time schedules, and quality standards.</li><li>Liaise with client/consultant for project progress reviews and approval of plans.</li></ul><h3>Key Skills Required:</h3><ul><li>Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.</li><li>Good understanding of EPC/Item Rate contracts and highway construction methodologies.</li><li>Ability to analyze and forecast project risks and delays.</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.</li></ul>
