- Review and adjust production plans based on market changes and unexpected customer orders.
2. Resource Management:
- Work with the materials management team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and accessories needed for production.
- Manage inventory effectively to avoid material shortages or surpluses.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure machine readiness and prevent production line disruptions.
3. Coordination between Departments:
- Collaborate closely with quality, design, and production departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure effective information flow between various teams to maintain alignment between planning and production.
4. Performance Analysis and Process Improvement:
- Analyze production performance and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, productivity, and downtime.
- Identify problems and bottlenecks in production processes and work towards resolving them.
- Provide suggestions for improving processes and increasing production efficiency.
5. Cost Management:
- Work towards achieving production goals within the specified budgets.
