We are looking for a skilled Planning Specialist to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing production plans to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while optimizing inventory levels and collaborating with various teams to enhance production efficiency. Job Description: - Develop and manage detailed production plans and Master Production Schedules (MPS) for 12 production lines. -Monitor and manage raw materials, components, and finished goods inventory to prevent shortages and maintain optimal stock levels. -Adjust plans to address production constraints and changes in customer requirements. -Work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Warehouse to ensure smooth production processes. -Generate and review production reports, track progress, and provide recommendations to ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries. -Use MRP systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date data and resolve any material issues. -Oversee the full order cycle from purchase orders to shipment, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. -Track and manage sterilization requirements for orders as per scheduled dates.
