Job Description

Swiss Garments Company, a leading manufacturer in the apparel industry, is looking for a Planning Specialist to join our fast-paced and growing team. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a production-driven environment we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Handle production orders received from the Sales/Commercial department. Check stock levels and coordinate with purchasing to secure needed materials. Follow up with external purchasing to ensure timely delivery of planning-related items. Open customs certificates and send them to the production planning department. Coordinate with production planners to follow up on issued production orders and identify shortages. Ensure the cutting and delivery of materials to production lines are completed on time. Address any delays by tracking and following up on missing components. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce (English section preferred) or a related field. 13 years of experience in planning or a similar role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Analytical thinking with attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
